I recently reconnected with a good friend from high school. We had the chance to meet in person and we spent a good bit of time reminiscing about the past and how far we have come in life. What I realized after our meeting was that reflecting on the past is a powerful thing. I made me unlock some things in my mind that I have repressed over the years. I know have a new motivation for the future.
