Recently I turned 41. As I approached my birthday, I started to reflect on the past year and the things I did and didn't accomplish. One of the goals I had, when I turned 40, was to finish my book by the end of 2017. Complete failure. The reason: I lacked accountability to something or someone. Well, I finished the book the day before I turned 41 because I finally had accountability.
